City buses run to different directions in the city.

There is a Night Bus service (bus 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66) from the city centre on Friday and Saturday evenings at 1:30 am , 2:30 am and 3:30 am.
There are also special servises (bus 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55) on Saturday and Sunday morning between the city centre and different areas within Tromsø.

Single ticket bought directly on the buses costs NOK 40 for adults and NOK 20 for children and seniors. A day ticket, which costs NOK 90 for adults and NOK 45 for children and seniors, and valid for 24 hours, can also be bought on the buses.
Tickets are purchased on board only in Norwegian kroner, no credit cards.
Single ticket bought in advance costs NOK 30 for adults and NOK 15 for children and seniors. Day ticket bought in advance costs NOK 70 for adults and NOK 35 for children and seniors.
