Dog Sledding – daytime

This tour is conducted by Aurora Alps. Experience a real Arctic adventure when running your own dog team in this great landscape. Two people share a sled and 4-6 Alaska huskies run in front.

There is good contact between the dogs and those on the sled and you will quickly learn to “chat” with the Huskies. You will soon realize that you need to help the dogs on uphill sections. Our friendly dogs - Alaskan Husky - love to run and to be hugged. You will quickly discover that they appreciate your visit - they know that they will be soon out on tour.

The tour runs through varied terrain surrounded by the majestic landscape. With this beautiful view around you will have to focus on controlling the sled with the help of "foot brake". You'll get some good advice from our guide to get a richer experience as a "musher".
