The festival presents a wide program with a childrens festival, an artshow, youthcamp, litterature, stageart, music, filmprograms and classes.
The Riddu Riđđu festival up north in Norway in the village of Manndalen in Kåfjord is an indigenous festival, with artists and audience from all over the world.
Our program focuses on Sámi and Indigenous peoples art and culture with a diverse program for children, youth and adults; within music, film, seminars, workshops, art, literature and theatre. Riddu Riđđu, which means “little storm on the coast”, was first arranged in 1991, and is held every year in July.
