Address: Camp Tamok,, 9143 Tromsø

Come on a tour to the drier inland valleys to search for the Northern Lights from a sleigh driven by reindeers

Reindeer sledding is the oldest form of transport in the north, and an ancient part of Sami culture. During the evening you have a great opportunity to see the Northern Lights while riding the reindeer sled, or during the story telling.

You will be driving in pairs, with one sled for each reindeer. People of all ages can participate on this very “soft” adventure. This cultural adventure includes trying lasso-throwing, the way the Sami people still today catch their reindeers when they are rounded up for marking or slaughter. Also, you will learn about Sami culture and history.

Included: Warm clothes, reindeer sledding, hot meal, transfer (80 min)

Duration: 17:00 - 24:00 (7 hours)

Number of participants: 12 (minimum 2)

Difficulty: for all
