Please meet up at our Activity Center on Sommarøy 15 minutes before departure time.

This guided tour takes you to exclusive spots accessible only by kayak or boat. Sommarøy is a world class destination for sea kayaking and a hotspot for local paddlers. Amongst the islands you will find hidden gems of sandy white beaches surrounded by 3000 foot peaks. On this guided tour, we take to the highlights at Sommarøy, only accessible by kayak or boat. Moving slow at water level we sneak amongst the islands exploring and take time to go ashore on a beach for a good break along the way. Our local guides are experts in the area, with deep knowledge of its history, surroundings, and wildlife. They’ll share fascinating stories about life in this historic fishing community, both past and present. If you’re looking to improve your kayaking skills, this is the perfect opportunity to learn. We provide stable double kayaks for the tour, but if you have some experience, you can opt for a single kayak (can be decided on spot).
