Tromsø Municipality wants to hear your opinion as part of its effort to study of the Limits of Acceptable Change and develop a new tourism strategy.

Tromsø Municipality is working on a new tourism strategy. An important part of this work is surveying the Limits of Acceptable Change to map the impact tourism has on Tromsø when it comes to social conditions, natural resources, climate and environment, infrastructure, economy, legal frameworks and visual impacts.

The aim is to gain an overall picture of the pressure points, so we can develop measures to strengthen the city’s resilience and contribute to more sustainable tourism.

Everyone is welcome to contribute via the Reiseliv i Tromsø (Tourism in Tromsø) portal by marking places where they experience challenges related to tourism on the map and expressing their opinion or making suggestions.
