Join a small-group Tromsø city walk this summer and learn all about the past, present, and future of the ‘Paris of the North’. Explore the city center, stopping at some of the city’s most iconic sites and monuments.

Begin with a meet and greet with your English-speaking guide, with pickup at the cozy Northern Norway Travel Shop in Tromsø Havn Prostneset, or at the Breivika Cruise Terminal.

Begin your trip through Tromsø city center, stopping at some of the city’s most iconic sites and monuments. Learn how this once tiny fishing village has blossomed into a vibrant, modern international destination.

Enjoy some time to explore the famous Polar Museum, with admission included in the tour price, to delve into Tromsø’s history of polar expeditions and learn more about the significance of its Arctic location.

If desired, your guide will also take several photos of you at some of the city’s best viewpoints and attractions; these will be available for free after the tour.

Your tour concludes back in the city center (or at the cruise terminal), where your guide can happily provide further recommendations to help you make the most of your time in Tromsø and Northern Norway
