Developing and producing our own proper food has always been a mainstay of our activities over the years. Homemade food, cakes and bread are prepared in our own kitchen.

About us

Deep in the beautiful Balsfjord you will find Vollan Gjestestue, a family business that opened its doors on July 4, 1948. Since then, we have given our guests homemade traditional food. We produce most from scratch: from soups to pastries and desserts.

In addition to a newly renovated café, we also offer:
- 32 hotel rooms and 10 studios
- Lobby bar and reception
- 4 conference rooms for 10-150 people.
- Banquet facilities for 10-70 people

Monday – Saturday: 9 AM (09:00) – 9 PM (21:00)
Sunday: 10 AM (10:00) – 9 PM (21:00)

Dinner from 1 PM (13:00)
Breakfast buffet: 6:30 AM (06:30) – 10 AM (10:00)
Saturday & Sunday: 7 AM (07:00) – 10 AM (10:00)
