Aurora Dinner Cruise

Enjoy a locally prepared dinner while cruising through the fjords surrounding Tromsø aboard a hybrid-electric vessel. The panoramic indoor saloons provide views of the Arctic landscape as the vessel travels away from the city lights.

During the cruise, the hosts will share information about Tromsø, Northern Norwegian food traditions and the importance of the fishing industry to the region.

If conditions are favourable, you may see the northern lights in the night sky. Their strength and visibility vary, and sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Menu:

Starter – Cured herring
Cured and spiced herring with crispy potatoes, pickled onions, dill and broccoli emulsion

Main course – Arctic cod and winter vegetables
Arctic cod with celeriac purée, fried leeks, fermented radishes and mussel sauce with tarragon

Bread and butter are served with the meal.

Dessert – Apple and cinnamon panna cotta
Sour cream panna cotta with oat and cinnamon crumble and sweet and sour apples

Vegetarian menu:

Starter – Charred broccoli
Charred broccoli with crispy potatoes, horseradish mayonnaise, pickled onions, dill and broccoli emulsion

Main course – Celeriac
Smoked and baked celeriac with celeriac purée, fried leeks, fermented radishes and vegetarian broth

Bread and butter are served with the meal.

Dessert – Apple and cinnamon panna cotta
Vanilla panna cotta with oat and cinnamon crumble and sweet and sour apples

Important information about the menu:

• The set menu is prepared using lactose-free milk, lactose-free butter and gluten-free oats
• Lactose-free dairy products still contain milk protein and are not suitable for guests with a milk allergy
• Dietary requirements must be provided at least 24 hours before departure
• Children aged 3–11 receive a child-friendly menu
• Food is not included for infants. Guests who would like food for an infant must purchase a child ticket

Departure is from the pier beside Skarven Kro Restaurant, Kaigata 6, Tromsø. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure and check your selected departure time at the top of the booking confirmation.
