About us

Bread & Wine is a Norwegian restaurant in the heart of Tromsø, with a focus on fresh ingredients and flavours from Northern Norway.

Everything is prepared fresh, with dishes made to order and an emphasis on simple cooking that lets the ingredients take centre stage. The kitchen uses ingredients such as fish from Northern Norwegian waters, reindeer and seasonal produce.

The menu changes according to the season and availability of ingredients. Current dishes include salmon and Arctic cod from Northern Norway, reindeer from Finnmark, whale, fish soup and Norwegian scallops, alongside meat and plant-based options.
