About us

Each year, the theatre presents a diverse programme, and we do our utmost to provide people in the north with theatre experiences of the highest quality. We produce several performances for children and young people every year, and we also have our own children’s theatre, Lille Hålogaland Teater.

The theatre has two modern theatre halls, a café stage and a rehearsal hall. The technical staff, administration and actors together make up a total of 72 full-time positions. In addition to the productions performed at the theatre, we tour Troms and Finnmark with several of our productions. Our goal is to offer a broad range of theatre experiences to audiences in our touring area throughout the year.
