Hermes II Shrimp Cruise

This tour is operated by Hermes II.

Start your weekend with fresh sea air, beautiful coastal views and a relaxing shrimp cruise aboard Hermes II, a historic wooden vessel built in 1917.

During this 1-hour and 45-minute cruise through Tromsø Sound, you'll be served quality shrimp from the Barents Sea, supplied by Arctic Quality by Hermes. The shrimp are caught by the company's freezer trawler Hermes and served on board with accompaniments.

As you enjoy the views of Tromsø and the surrounding mountains, your Norwegian- and English-speaking hosts share stories about Hermes II and its maritime heritage.

Spend time on the outdoor deck taking in the Arctic scenery, or relax in the warm indoor lounge. Blankets and thermal suits are available for extra comfort, and coffee and tea are included.
