Stand in a place where shamanic traditions have been alive for thousands of years. Through the window, see Tromsdalstinden, a sacred Sámi mountain. This is not a reconstruction; it is a place where ancient stories and practices still live.
This rare experience allows you to meet a practising Sámi shaman and participate in authentic tradition. Learn about the three worlds of shamanic cosmology, take part in a traditional drum journey, and experience holding and playing a sacred drum yourself. Participants also have the opportunity to have a personal conversation with the shaman about his story and practices.

Troll Havn is partially accessible. There is easy access to selected outdoor areas and gathering spaces. Some activities take place in natural terrain and are not fully accessible for wheelchair users. Guests are encouraged to get in touch in advance for a more detailed assessment.

Troll Havn offers family-friendly experiences, primarily suited for children aged approximately 6 years and above. The activities are not suitable for very young children (0–3 years), as parts of the programme involve quiet settings, open fires, and ceremonial elements.
