Experience a 3.5-hour journey through Northern Norwegian folklore and living Sámi tradition at the Troll Museum in Tromsø.

Inside the museum, ancient Arctic myths come alive through storytelling, atmosphere, and augmented reality, where trolls emerge from the shadows.
After the guided museum tour, participants meet a practising Sámi shaman and actively engage in authentic shamanic traditions. The programme includes a drum journey, hands-on experience with the sacred drum, and a conversation with the shaman about his role as a bridge between the three worlds.
