At Arctic Explorers, we offer Northern Lights tours, whale watching, fjord tours and other Arctic experiences from Tromsø.
Since 2012, we have specialised in Northern Lights chasing and aurora photography. For the 2025/26 season, we achieved a 96.39% Northern Lights success rate and a 97% guest satisfaction rate. More than 80,000 guests have joined our tours over the years, and we have received more than 2,800 reviews on TripAdvisor.
Our Northern Lights tours do not follow a fixed route. Instead, we use real-time weather conditions, local knowledge and experience to search for clearer skies. Depending on the conditions, we may travel more than 200 km or cross the border into Finland.
In addition to Northern Lights tours, we offer whale watching around Skjervøy and fjord tours through the landscapes surrounding Tromsø.
