About us

The company has extensive experience in sea transport and maritime experiences, combining safe operations with personal service and local knowledge.

During the winter season in Tromsø, we offer whale-watching tours in Arctic waters, with a focus on providing our guests with a comfortable and safe experience. During the rest of the year, we provide passenger transport and crew transfer services along the Norwegian coast, as well as tours for cruise passengers and other visitors in Lysefjord. Our fleet consists of modern and refurbished high-speed vessels with heated lounges and excellent views.

Helgøy Skyssbåt is certified as an Eco-Lighthouse and works continuously to reduce its environmental impact and ensure responsible operations in vulnerable natural areas. As a family-owned company, we place great emphasis on quality, safety and positive guest experiences.

Please note that our vessels are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible due to boarding arrangements and varying quay conditions at low tide.
