Get the most out of your winter break, leave Tromsø behind and head into the wilderness with us. Lyngsfjord Adventure offers outdoor activities at wilderness center Camp Tamok, just a 90-minute drive from Tromsø. 

We master outdoor activities like dog sledding and snowmobiling and provide experiences like Sami culture & reindeer sledding. Witness the Northern Lights during your evening activities. Visit the ice domes and get the unique chance to create your own snow sculptures. Stay overnight away from the urban hassle.

Through the winter season, we have daily departures every morning and evening.

The daytime adventures give you a fantastic view of the untamed mountains of the Tamok valley, while the evening tours offer excellent opportunities to experience the majestic Northern Lights. 

If you want to make the most out of your winter break, we recommend staying with us the whole day or overnight with us like that you have a chance to combine all your bucket list adventures!

Welcome to an unforgettable Arctic experience at the brand-new Tromsø Ice Domes Snow Park, located next to Camp Tamok (Lyngsfjord Adventure) in the heart of Tamokdalen! Discover the magic of the snow and ice sculptures when visiting the Snow Park. Marvel at the amazing art coming to life with light in its natural surroundings of pristine nature and peaceful Arctic landscapes.

Join us for a range of outdoor winter activities and engaging storytelling when visiting the park. 

Campfire Crafting:

Learn the essential survival skills from your knowledgeable guide as you partake in the art of crafting a campfire, essential for staying comfortable on a cold winter's day.

 
Snow Adventures:

Get active and try navigating through snow-covered terrain on tandem skis. Race the other team for an extra dose of excitement!

Tromsø Ice Domes Snow Park:
 
Wander around by yourself through a mesmerizing display of snow and ice sculptures, a snow maze and explore our two domes.

Encounters with Arctic Wildlife:

Get close to the two most iconic animals of Northern Norway: cuddle and take photos with our huskies and go visit the reindeer.
