About us

Tromsø Alpinpark is centrally located, just 10 minutes from Tromsø city centre. You will find the facility right in the heart of the Kroken district on the mainland.

We highly recommend a visit to our brand-NEW year-round attraction Tromsø SNOW Dome, a spectacular journey through snow, ice and Arctic history - every day, all year round!

The Alpine Park has eleven different trails with varying degrees of difficulty. We have slopes for all first-time skiers with a separate beginner’s ski and snowboard area and trails that will challenge even experienced skiers.

We also provide a toboggan run with a fun speed measure radar surrounded of 3 different bonfire shelters. It’s a perfect area to sit down and enjoy the view towards Tromsø city.

In the main building you will find a skishop with a wide selection of everything you need for a fun day in the slopes.

You will also find the ski rental in the same building where you can rent state-of-the-art skis, shoes, snowboards, boots, helmet, goggles, ski jackets/pants and toboggan sleds.

If you would like to have something to eat or drink, we can offer this in Parken Lodge or Parken Lavvo in front of the fireplace.

We are proud to be able to offer - as one of the few in Norway - an alpine resort that can provide skiing in both the midnight sun and the Northern Lights, depending on whether it is late or early in the season.
