Just a short walk from Tromsø's city center, you'll find Pust Sauna—a floating oasis in the heart of the city's historic harbour.

About us

At Pust, you can combine the warmth of the sauna with a refreshing dip in the sea, right in the heart of Tromsø.

Pust offers several sauna options in Tromsø. The Original quiet sauna is inspired by the Arctic Cathedral and overlooks Tromsdalstinden, while Lavvo Sauna is inspired by the traditional Sámi lavvo and features panoramic windows overlooking the sea and mountains.

Our experiences:

• Drop-in sauna and sea bathing: Regular price from NOK 150. Students, conscripts and youth from NOK 113, and children from NOK 79. Prices vary depending on the sauna and time of day.

• Private sauna: Book the sauna for your own group. Prices vary depending on the sauna and time of day.

• Sauna rituals: Guided sauna rituals combining heat, steam and Aufguss ceremonies.

• Viking Sauna & Ice Bathing: A 2-hour guided experience including a private floating sauna, natural scrubs, a guided cold plunge and traditional Norwegian tea. The experience costs NOK 1,250 per person and is available for groups of 9–25 people.

Please bring: Swimwear and two towels. One towel is used for sitting on inside the sauna and the other for drying off afterwards.

Pust is open 365 days a year, with regular opening hours from 6:00 AM (06:00) to 11:00 PM (23:00).
