About us

Sabi Sushi Tromsø opened on 8 May 2025 as the chain’s first restaurant in Northern Norway. Located in Storgata in central Tromsø, it offers both table service and takeaway.

Sabi Sushi was founded in Stavanger in 2011 and has since grown into a nationwide chain with 40 locations. Its philosophy centres on sushi prepared with respect for the craft, quality ingredients and natural flavours.

The chefs use ingredients including Aurora salmon from Northern Norwegian fjords and Sterling halibut from Ryfylke. The menu features a wide selection of sushi and other Japanese-inspired dishes.
