T – Tapas combines Northern Norwegian ingredients with international flavours in a social tapas restaurant at Stortorget in central Tromsø.

General information

T – Tapas is a tapas restaurant in the centre of Tromsø, where Northern Norwegian ingredients meet flavours and inspiration from around the world.

The kitchen works with local ingredients while giving its chefs room to experiment with different combinations, spices and influences. The result is a varied selection of small dishes designed to be shared around the table.

Sharing is an important part of the concept. Guests can choose several dishes for the table, making it possible to try different flavours and ingredients during the meal. The informal setting also reflects T – Tapas’ focus on food as a social experience.

Taste Tromsø consists of local and authentic restaurants that base food and drink experiences on northern Norwegian ingredients from local suppliers.


We offer a wide range of flavors and atmospheres at our locations that are centrally located in the center of Tromsø. The places offer something for everyone from meat and fish to vegetarian options.
